DOI Learning Consultants provide training and organizational development services to the National Park Service and other Bureaus of the Department of Interior. We offer a rich mix of experience in management, supervision, team development, human resources, collaborative strategic planning, position management, change management and organizational development services.

We have taught over 2500 National Park Service supervisors and managers about the Federal HR system and how to successfully partner with their HR Specialist to identify and hire the best candidates, successfully classify their positions and to enroll the support they need to deal with employee relations issues.
